Green Mountain Wins prestigious Award at Datacloud Europe 2018

BroadGroup, the information media technology and professional services company, today announced the winners of the prestigious 11th Datacloud Awards. Recognised as the annual bellwether for the data centre and cloud industry, the awards recognise the leading individuals and companies shaping the global data economy and honour innovation, service excellence and diversity.

Knut Molaug and Green Mountain were announced as the winner of the category: “Data Centre Leader of the Year Award.” Molaug wins on behalf of Green Mountain for his genuine work towards customers and communities, transforming the sector making it what it is today and finally yet importantly, putting Norway on the global data centre map. Knut Molaug recently stepped down as CEO of Green Mountain, but continue serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the company.

With an extended panel of judges, the Datacloud Awards for 2018 is globally relevant and give recognition to the most innovative companies and people in the sector.
