Green Mountain expands capacity at data center in Norway

Green Mountain adds 4,5 MW of capacity to its existing data center facility at Rjukan in Norway. The expansion is a build-to-suit project for a new world-known international client. Green Mountain skal bygge datasenter på ny tomt i Enebakk

Datasenterselskapet Green Mountain har kjøpt en 53 000 m2 stor tomt i tilknytning sitt DC3-Oslo anlegg i Enebakk. Planen er å utvide det nåværende anlegget med et nytt 13,5 MW samlokaliseringsdatasenter.

Successful expansion at Green Mountain’s data center site in Oslo region

Only 9 months after the opening of the DC3-Oslo data center, the site expands with an additional 4MW building. This second building is a built-to-suit project for a large international cloud provider and was delivered ahead of schedule despite the challenges posed by Covid-19.

Green Mountain Data Centers to be acquired by Azrieli Group Ltd.

Smedvig, the majority owner of Green Mountain, has agreed to sell the company to Azrieli Group Ltd., an Israeli publicly traded real estate investment and development company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The acquisition secures Green Mountain the necessary capital to fulfill its growth ambitions in the European market.
